How We Work
At BASE, we provide comprehensive Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessments. After assessment with our service, we can provide personalised support for individuals and families alongside a variety of therapeutic assessments offered by our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
Our dedicated team are committed to understanding and nurturing the unique strengths and challenges associated with neurodiversity. At BASE, we want to ensure that you have a personalised journey throughout your time with us, starting from the moment you get in touch with us, through to the end of your assessment process.
The services we offer for individuals we have assessed include; therapeutic and diagnostic assessments, psychological support, support with accessing medication, SEN advocacy, guidance and assessments to contribute to the EHCP process.
At BASE we are a team of qualified professionals who are passionate about helping people of all ages and their families. We help individuals to understand whether a diagnosis of ASC and, or ADHD might explain your experiences, and to use this information to guide future support and/or intervention.

Making a referral
Please complete our contact form, or submit an email enquiry to us with information about you, or your child, and how we may be able to help. One of our team will review the information and respond to you within 2 workings day to discuss next steps.
