Sleep Support

At Base Minds, we provide expert sleep support for children, adolescents, and adults, catering to both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals from 6 months through to adulthood. We recognise that sleep difficulties can affect anyone and have a significant impact on behaviour, emotional regulation, learning, and overall well-being for individuals and their families.

Sleep problems are especially common among children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), ADHD, anxiety, and other neurodevelopmental or behavioural challenges, but they also frequently affect neurotypical children and adults. Our comprehensive, personalised approach addresses the root causes of sleep disruption - including sensory sensitivities, behavioural factors, emotional challenges, and environmental influences - offering effective, evidence-based strategies to improve sleep quality and establish healthy, sustainable sleep routines.
